3. Orders and Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment through PayPal.
• All payments are processed securely via PayPal’s system. We do not store your PayPal or card details.
• Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website.
• You are responsible for providing accurate billing and delivery information.

4. Subscription Policy

• Subscription payments made through PayPal are non-refundable.
• Cancelling your subscription will stop future renewals but will not refund the current billing cycle.
• You may cancel your subscription anytime through your Long Life Care account or PayPal dashboard.
• PayPal Buyer Protection terms may apply based on PayPal’s global policies.

5. Return and Replacement Policy

• You may return the product within 30 days of purchase without giving any reason, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
• If the product has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.
• Return shipping instructions will be provided by our support team.
• Subscription fees are not refundable, even if the product is returned.

6. Warranty

• Products are covered under a limited one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
• The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

7. Health Disclaimer

The Long Life Care Smartwatch is not a medical device.
It provides general health and wellness information only.
The readings and insights should not be used to diagnose or treat medical conditions. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product or service involved.

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of Long Life Care (Pvt) Ltd and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
