Subscription Flow – Long Life Care System

Step 1: Device Owner Purchases Subscription

  • Select a plan: Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly.
  • Complete secure payment via integrated gateway.

Step 2: Device Activation



  • Enter Device ID in the Device Owner app.
  • Device is verified and linked to the admin panel.

Step 3: Device Owner Features Activated

  • SOS & Fall Alerts
  • Real-time Health Monitoring (Heart Rate, SpO₂, Temperature, Steps)
  • Medication Reminders
  • Live Location Tracking & Geofencing

Step 4: Monitoring Persons Access

  • Device Owner assigns monitoring persons (3–4 allowed).
  • Each monitor receives an invitation/OTP to connect.
  • Monitoring persons can view assigned Device Owner’s health data and alerts as long as the Device Owner subscription is active.

Step 5: Expiry & Renewal

  • App sends notifications before subscription expires.
  • Expired subscription → Device features and monitor access temporarily disabled.
  • Device Owner can renew or upgrade plan to continue uninterrupted monitoring.

Step 6: Continuous Protection

  • Priority-based alerts continue for active subscriptions.
  • Monitoring persons are automatically notified for SOS, abnormal readings, or geofence breaches.

Subscription & Access Overview

  • A valid subscription is required for the Device Owner to activate the device and access all features.
  • Monitoring Persons can access assigned Device Owner data only if the Device Owner’s subscription is active.
  • After purchasing a subscription, the Device Owner registers their device using a unique Device ID.
  • Once verified, the device is linked to the admin panel and the Device Owner app.
  • Multiple subscription plans are available: weekly, monthly, or yearly.
  • Plans may include options for single-device monitoring or multiple monitoring persons support.
  • When a subscription nears expiry, the Device Owner receives in-app and email notifications.
  • If the subscription expires, device features (real-time tracking, alerts, SOS notifications) are temporarily disabled.
  • Users can renew the subscription directly through the app or website.
  • Payments are processed securely via integrated payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, DFCC).
  • All personal and payment data is encrypted and stored safely in compliance with data protection standards.
  • Monitoring Persons’ access is dependent on the Device Owner’s active subscription.
  • If a Device Owner’s subscription expires, monitoring persons will see a notification stating the account is inactive, and alerts will no longer be delivered until renewal.
  • Device Owners can view their plan details, payment history, and remaining days directly in the app.
  • Options include upgrading, downgrading, or cancelling a plan at any time.
  • Automatic renewal can be enabled to ensure continuous monitoring without interruptions.
  • Even if your subscription lapses, your health data stays safely stored. Upon reactivation, your past readings (from the last 2–3 weeks) are instantly restored, ensuring continuity without data loss.
