1. Product Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days from the date of delivery — for any reason.
- The product must be in its original packaging and condition.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
2. Replacement for Defective Products
If you receive a product that has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge within 7 working days of receiving the returned product.
To initiate a replacement:
- Contact us at help@longlife.lk within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Provide details of the issue along with a clear photo or video of the defect.
3. Subscription Payments
All payments made for subscription plans (including PayPal recurring payments) are non-refundable.
- Once a subscription payment is processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
- However, you may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future recurring charges.
